There’s a delicate balance between sharing bad news on COVID-19 consequences and sharing good news of hope.

When people in a country are complying to strict distancing rules and fully aware of devastating impact of this pandemic, I’d say it’s time to share more good news to bring up hope.

However, when many people are still ignorant, doing whatever they please, or still thinking more about economic impact rather than human life, then by all means, more news about the severe impacts of COVID-19 are needed.

People need to be aware of the FACTS, whether they like it or not. Sometimes the facts don’t always come with the brightest looking picture.

Understanding and accepting the facts are the first steps to make this better.

We need to make it so that everyone is worried enough so that they would fully comply, but not scared enough to start chaos.

Delicate balance, indeed.
