This post is the third part of my three posts about Hawaii Vacation.
If you haven’t done so, I recommend you to start reading from my first post.
Oahu Island is arguably Hawaii’s main island. Honolulu city and Waikiki Beach are located on this island. My wife and I took three tours on this island: Oahu Island Grand Circle Tour, Polynesian Cultural Center and Pearl Harbor – USS Arizona – Honolulu City Tour.
Oahu Island Grand Circle Tour
We booked this tour from Roberts Hawaii website and it turned out to be an amazing tour.
Hanauma Bay.
Halona “Blow Hole” Lookout.
Nu’uanu Pali Lookout.
Byodo-In Temple, made based on a temple in Japan.
Chinaman’s Hat, a funny-looking island that appears in many Hollywood movies.
Kualoa Ranch’s Legacy tram tour.
Dole Plantation, lots of yummy pineapples and interesting rainbow trees.
Polynesian Cultural Center
Polynesian Cultural Center is a man-made village to represent six Polynesian nations: Hawaii, Samoa, Maori New Zealand (Aotearoa), Fiji, Tahiti, the Marquesas and Tonga. We booked this tour directly from the center’s website to get early bird discount. We had an amazing day there with a very well-organized attractions, villages and cultures very different from anything we have seen before.
Pearl Harbor – USS Arizona – Honolulu City Tour
We get this tour as a bonus from our hotel booking.
USS Arizona, Pearl Harbor.
Hawaii Five-O Headquarters.
Diamond Head Crater.
