Four years ago I chose Logitech Crayon instead of Apple Pencil. It is a very nice and durable stylus for my iPad and I am very happy with the purchase. When I need to get a new stylus for different purpose, naturally I checked on Logitech website and was pleasantly surprised that they now have the USB-C version of this handy accessory.

Just like its old version, Logitech Crayon with USB-C is compatible with several lower-end iPads (same compatibility list as Apple Pencil first generation). It has no pressure sensitivity, which explains its lower price. I love the fact that it comes in rounded rectangle form factor instead of circular design so that it will not roll over my desk. I can charge it using USB-C cable, which I always bring with me anyway.

So what is new from this new model? First, it come with different on/off switch. I can no longer choose orange colour because it only comes in silver now. There are 3 small LED indicators to show battery life, a great addition which solves the only missing point from the old model. Other than these differences, everything else works the same.

Happy with my new accessory. A simple stylus that does what it says without issues. Would recommend this to anyone with compatible iPad.
